Nurturing Families Network

Nurturing Families Network is a prevention home visiting program for pre/post natal

families, mom and dads designed to provide comprehensive, integrated services to first time mothers ad fathers in the community. By strengthening effective relationships and family management practices to establishing a continuum of child care and support services for parents and their children in need. The goal of Nurturing Families Network is to support the development of healthy families  through preventive education beginning with quality support services from birth. The vision of Nurturing Families Network, Community Children Programs, in West Rock is to prevent an array of birth to childhood problems by strengthening effective family management practices and establishing a holistic continuum of child care and support services that children and parents need. The overarching goal is reduce abuse and neglect.
